I have utilized the mash which was left from the soup in this recipe.

Wheat Flour (Atta) – 1 large cup (around 150 gms)

Vegetable mash – 1 cup

Water – as required

Salt to taste

Oil – 2 table spoon for the dough

Oil – for frying

Mix the flour, oil, salt and mash. The mixture would now be in a form of a crumble. Add water as required and make a hard dough (like you make for poori’s). Leave aside for 10 minutes.

Now in a Kadai (wok) heat all. Divide the mixture in small balls and roll out poori’s. Fry these poories till golden brown.

This poories would have a spicy flavor and can be a good accompaniment with mango pickle/sooji (rawa) halwa. They can be eaten with hot ginger cardamom tea also
